About This Program
Sollus Northwest Family Medicine Residency Program in Grandview, WA offers mission-driven training in a rural, underserved setting in Yakima Valley. Residents care for a diverse, largely Spanish-speaking and migrant farmworker population, gaining robust experience in full-spectrum family medicine, including obstetrics, chronic disease management, and community-based care. Our curriculum emphasizes evidence-based practice (FPIN GEMs), leadership development, and unique opportunities such as international Spanish immersion, regionally active advocacy, and hands-on continuity care that prepares graduates for impactful service in similar communities.-
