Robust longitudinal continuity clinic experience: low preceptor to resident ratio for supervision (1:3); dedicated bilingual residency MA staff (1 resident to 1 MA); DO residents able to perform OMT regularly; pharmacy, lab, nutritionist, prescription assistance, community health worker, dental, behavioral health, infant case managers, and WIC all on site - Month-long onboarding/orientation before starting rotations; Friday afternoon protected for didactics; resident-led wellness committee -
