About This Program

Our mission is to provide a supportive training environment in full-spectrum, evidence-based family medicine, that develops exceptional community-centered physicians dedicated to the health and wellbeing of underserved rural populations on the Olympic Peninsula and beyond. We feel we have been meeting this mission with 5 of our 14 grads to date remaining on the Olympic Peninsula. We received RMTC recognition in 2025 with 87% of our grads in the last 3 years in rural practice. We work hard and
