The WSU Internal Medicine Residency program is located in Pullman, Washington home of the main campus of Washington State University. Even as a rural based residency program, residents have access to a wide-range of clinical training opportunities through Pullman Regional Hospital, Sacred Heart Children's Hospital and other local clinics and healthcare systems including Cougar Health (WSU's Health Center).
