Maple Mountain Vermont is designed to prepare you to be a leader in your community as you practice family medicine in a rural resource limited location. You will be fully integrated into the local health system and learn from the family physicians, mental health providers and specialists who care for your patients. Expertise in team value-based care, substance use disorders and maximizing use of your local health system and the regional referral centers are certain to be yours.
