UPMC Medical Education Wellsboro/Cole Program
About This Program
UPMC Rural Family Medicine Program is a 1+2 integrated rural training program in northcentral Pennsylvania. The program has two tracks, UPMC Cole and UPMC Wellsboro. PGY1 will be at UPMC Williamsport integrated with the UPMC Williamsport Family Medicine Residency. For PGY2 and PGY3 residents will go to one of the two tracks for an immersive rural family medicine experience. The program is designed to prepare residents to work in rural, underserved communities.
