The Family Medicine residency program at ECU Health Medical Center/East Carolina University offers the extensive academic resources of a 977-bed Level 1 trauma center, plus the college town atmosphere of Greenville, NC. Our program provides rigorous, high-acuity training in a comfortable, supportive environment. The Department of Family Medicine is housed in a beautiful 112,000 sq. foot facility with 35 physician faculty, plus faculty in pharmacy, nutrition, behavioral medicine, and research.
