Overview
Our Rural Track FMR provides over 90% of our training in our rural community . We will accept our first residents in 2026. The program is ideal for family physicians who want to practice outpatient medicine or hospitalist medicine. We are located in the Foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains in NC. Our community is full of outdoor activities, music, art and small town friendliness.
