About This Program
Welcome to Hugh Chatham Health Rural Tract Family Medicine Program in Elkin, NC. With our partners Campbell University and Atrium Health, our goal is to train compassionate, service-driven physicians for rural practice. Based in the scenic foothills of NC, residents benefit from a wellness-focused curriculum, strong pediatrics and behavioral health training, and no required relocation between PGY-1 and 2. Our innovative program offers community-rooted, full-spectrum education close to home.
