Henry Ford Health/Henry Ford Hospital Program
About This Program
We are very proud to be able to provide care in the city of Detroit. Historically we have had two family medicine practice (FMP) sites: Henry Ford Detroit Northwest and Henry Ford Harbortown. This year we will be adding a new FMP site at the CHASS Center. The CHASS Center is a Federally Qualified Health Center. The FMP site will be located at the southwest site which has a large immigrant and Spanish speaking population. We will be having a separate match for the CHASS FMP Site.
