The three foundational elements of our program is Social Justice (understanding structural elements in society that drive health disparities), The Clinic First Model of resident education, and Population Based Care that will prepare each graduate to function as a Medical Director upon graduation. In addition, we have designed a cutting edge curriculum which provides the resident much opportunity for self-directed learning and longitudinal training experiences oriented to the human life cycle.
