Overview

The Cook County FMRP is committed to providing quality health care to Cook County's medically underserved and diverse communities. Our program offers special expertise in managing patients with complicated medical and biopsychosocial problems in both tertiary care inpatient and PCMH ambulatory settings. Our graduates will draw on their rich multicultural background and experiences to serve as effective advocates for health policies to end the disparities that exist in health care.
