Overview

Our aim is to teach residents to deliver high quality, evidence-based, comprehensive care to patients and families with undifferentiated problems overtime regardless of age, gender, illness or organ system. Train residents to provide primary care in an underserved and/or rural population with emphasis on social determinants of health . Teach residents how to function as a member of a multidisciplinary team within the Patient Centered Medical Home model.
