About This Program
Our residency is a community-based primary care Teaching Health Center program. A collaboration between Rush University Medical Center and Esperanza Health Centers, a nationally recognized Federally Qualified Health Center, our faculty and residents have chosen to focus on vulnerable patients in under-resourced settings. Through community partnerships and an innovative curriculum, the residency program prepares our graduates to transform healthcare to achieve health equity.
