About This Program
Our ACGME-accredited, osteopathic-recognized Family Medicine Residency trains competent and compassionate physicians in a collaborative and inclusive setting. Residents are based at a safety net clinic with integrated lifestyle, pharmacy, and behavioral resources, plus sports medicine, pediatrics, and OB preceptors. We are located in Fort Collins, a vibrant city that is home to Colorado State University and offers outdoor recreation and rich cultural experiences near the Rocky Mountains.
