To best serve the Central Valley, our unique residency program follows the distinctive Clinic First Approach, starting in PGY 2. Each month is split into two week blocks. In the ambulatory block session, residents will spend 5 sessions in continuity clinic (one half-day academic session each week) and, the other 4 sessions in longitudinal curriculum. In the other block, residents spend time focused on required rotations.
