About This Program
Our program falls under the Orlando Health Academic Department of Emergency Medicine and based primarily at the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, which is a large free standing tertiary childrens hospital and Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center in beautiful Central Florida. Our emergency department opened its doors in 2007 and is comprised of 29 beds and 4 trauma bays. It is the only level one trauma center for children in the Central Florida Region.
