The LLU EMS Fellowship is a unique program, offering broad training in prehospital care. The fellow will experience EMS at the local, county and State level. The Inland Empire region has a busy EMS system with over 600,000 calls per year. The fellow is integral to the system, responsible for direct medical oversight on scene and over radio. The fellow is also integrated into the EMS agencies, having the responsibility of developing protocols, performing QI, training, and furthering EMS research.
