Oldest civilian EM program in Texas. One mile from the international border with a diverse patient population. Orientation month includes medical Spanish, wilderness training. Weekly didactic conference, monthly immersive clinical task training sessions and mock oral boards integrated with a state of the art simulation center. Option for internal and external moonlighting. Yearly airway/cadaver lab. One paid conference for PGY3.
