SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University Program

Our program is one of the largest EM residencies in the country. Our trainees work in two inner-city hospitals run by the State and the City of New York with a combined census of >200,000 ED visits/yr. We serve ethnically and socioeconomically diverse patients largely arising from immigrant populations.
