We are a small residency with many different opportunities for our residents. RWJ provides a diverse patient population with a wide range of pathology at our main hospital. Residents have chosen to pursue different electives, including pharmacological, wilderness, critical care, community, radiology and international experiences. Residents are allotted a $1300.00 book allowance that can be used for educational materials, training requirements.
