UMass Chan-Baystate Program
About This Program
Our mission is to train and support our residents to become outstanding clinicians, able to care for the most critically ill patients in any setting through a team centered approach with an emphasis on maintaining their own wellness and resiliency. We are the loan referral center and urban safety net hospital for a large population in western New England. This gives our trainees broad experience with a diverse patient population with complex medical needs. -
