About This Program

Harbor-UCLA Emergency Medicine is a training program at a large county hospital. Our program prides itself in training excellent clinicians who progress to become leaders in the field of emergency medicine. We teach a rigorous, evidence-based approach to each patient interaction, and our residents learn to thrive in our challenging clinical environment with incredibly high acuity and wide breadth of pathology, while serving a marginalized patient population.
