5 full-time Mohs surgeons from diverse training backgrounds- 6,307 Mohs cases (2021-22) annually; vast majority of reconstructions by Mohs surgeon- Frequent exposure to complex tumors & advanced reconstructions- Training includes Mohs, cutaneous oncology, cosmetics, lasers, leg vein care- Rotations with plastic, ENT, & oculoplastic surgeons- Monthly slide review sessions with dermatopathology- Strong emphasis on teaching, didactics, and multidisciplinary collaboration-
