The fellow will reach the program's goals by participating in high-volume surgical rotations at MGH (and other MGB entities) and the local VA Hospital, be an active member in medical clinics, be involved in a year-long research project, lead a monthly surgical journal club, participate in a biweekly high-risk skin cancer journal club, present at a melanoma and high-risk skin cancer tumor board, and complete a formal review of prescribed readings.
