We are leaders in rural dermatology training with a focus on continuity and patient-centered, value-based care. We design our curriculum to accommodate learners with various learning style preferences. We use feedback to constantly improve the program, and measure the impacts of our adjustments. We are now a categorical program. Those matching with us will complete an internship year here before starting three years of dermatology residency.
