Overview

The program is well-balanced with a good case volume. We do a significant number of laparoscopic, robotic and open procedures. The main strength is the experience in cancer care as an affiliate of the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. Our fellow gains experience in all approaches to the surgical treatment of colon, rectal and anal cancer. We also collaborate with the BWH Crohn's and Colitis Center to provide an extensive clinic and operative experience in the surgical treatment of patients with IBD.
