About This Program
The Department of Anesthesiology's Critical Care Medicine Fellowship has a heavy focus on our Anesthesia-led multidisciplinary CTICU. We offer rotations through the MICU, SICU, NICU but most of the fellow's time will be spent in our closed, cardiac surgical unit. We are a high volume ECMO, MCS and heart/lung transplant referral center. More than half of the CTICU attending physicians are dual trained in Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology and Critical Care.
