Duke University Hospital Program
About This Program
Duke anesthesiology's program in CCM provides multi-disciplinary training in CCM with signature training in advanced TEE and POCUS. Trainees will rotate through SICU, CTICU, Neuro ICU, MICU, Durham VA, and Duke Regional hospitals as well time in the cardiac ORs and the TEE rotation. Electives including palliative care and a robust didactic curriculum are key components of the fellowship. Mentors for both independent research and QI will assist each fellow with the completion of his/her project.
