Overview

The MGH critical care fellowship offers clinical training and education that provides each fellow with the opportunity to fulfill the requirements of the ABA subspecialty certification in critical care and to achieve competence in the specialty. Fellows spend nine months providing care to patients in an intensive care unit (ICU) and supervising residents under the direction of the critical care attending. The fellows have many elective choices during the three months not spent in the ICU.
