Overview

As integral members of the obstetric anesthesiology team, fellows train in different hospital settings and see a variety of maternal and fetal high-risk deliveries. One of the main objectives of the obstetric anesthesia fellowship is to provide a foundation for effective collaboration in a multidisciplinary obstetric setting. Fellows are active participants in evaluating high-risk obstetric patients and implementing an appropriate anesthetic plan.
