University of Mississippi Medical Center Program
About This Program
We are Mississippi's only pediatric Level 1 trauma, transplant, and congenital heart disease center. Our pediatric operating rooms perform over 10,000 anesthetics per year and cover a full range of pathophysiology and surgical specialties. Our fellows can expect to encounter complex pediatric diseases, rare syndromes, and challenging surgical cases on a daily basis. In addition we offer acute and chronic pain services for children as well as a robust simulation curriculum.
