About This Program
The Department of Anesthesiology at Baystate Medical Center is designed to prepare you for whatever career path you might choose. Our program provides an unusually comprehensive exposure to many types of anesthesiology subspecialties, ranging from chronic pain management to cardiac anesthesia. This allows the residents to gain a high level of proficiency in dealing with complex cases. We are also one of the few training programs that has a two-month long curriculum to teach Advanced Airway manag
