The fellows are encouraged to go to four meetings a year. This includes the AAAAI, ACAAI, PAAA and a board review course. Also, an immunology course is part of the first year of training. Options exist for clinical research MPH degree or additional year of mentored research. 2 mornings every week all fellows have protected education time for team meetings, structured didactics, and some time for independent study.
