At Yale's Allergy & Immunology fellowship program, trainees gain the skills and knowledge to become outstanding practitioners and thought leaders in the specialty, grounded in superior clinical training in both pediatric and adult patient care. The training period is 2 years, with an optional 3rd year for those pursuing research careers. At the completion of the program, Yale fellows should be prepared to compete effectively for full time clinical and research positions in academic medicine.
