Geisinger has been educating physicians in pediatric medicine since the 1940's with the pediatrics residency program accredited since 1972. Based at Janet Weis Children's Hospital, the program utilizes the half-century of experience and all resources of the Geisinger Health System to make community minded pediatricians.
