Successful completion of a PGY-2 year in an ACGME-accredited Diagnostic Radiology residency program prior to the start date

• Cover letter describing interest in the position and reason for transfer
• Curriculum Vitae Three letters of recommendation
• USMLE Step 1, Step 2, and (if applicable) Step 3 scores
• Medical school transcript and diploma
• MSPE (Dean’s Letter)
• In-training exam results, if available
• International Medical Graduates: ECFMG certification and current visa status
