Overview

Our program serves the local community in Baltimore, which has historically had limited access to healthcare services. As a quaternary center, our hospital also cares for patients with serious and rare illnesses, in addition to an international population. Our program has dedicated clinical/classroom education on addiction medicine principles. We operate two palliative clinics, one of which is in an NCI-designated cancer center; the other serves patients with serious, non-malignant illness.
