Overview

New XYZ schedule includes a 4 week rotation, 2 week rotation, 2 weeks ambulatory. Academic half day with mixture of primary care, health equity discussions, procedural skills & case-based content. Strong emphasis on individualized curriculum through unique rotations, pathways & tracks to help promote scholarly activities. Formal mentorship starting intern year to help with transitions & career development. Commitment to Baltimore community through SDOH curriculum and community engagement events.
