Mix of clinic and OR, spend time with all faculty, daily rounds(at least virtual)with residents, academic time (work on current project, reading or micro lab, on-call 8-10 days a month, weekly didactics, monthly journal club, three weeks of vacation allowed. The department allows $2000 towards one conference or course. Fellows with accepted podium presentations will be considered for additional financial support.
