Robotics curriculum starts in PGY1. Five week Research rotation in PGY2. Early exposure to FPMRS, MIGS, REI, oncology, MFM by PGY2. Elective 5 weeks in PGY3. Ability to have console surgeon case list in PGY4. Family planning specialist with credentialed Ryan program. Simulation labs 4 per year in progressive simulation center. Protected education time weekly. Participation in quality projects and opportunities to serve in committee leadership roles. Mentorship opportunities for all Residents.
