Prerequisites
These are the requirements to be eligible for the position:
- Must be a US Citizen; we are unable to support VISA requirements
- Must have 3 years of GME funding remaining
- Must have graduated medical school within last 2 years
- Documentation of active clinical work in the past year in the US
- Interest in rural practice is ideal
- Eligible to obtain a license and DEA

Special Comments
Please see our program information and curriculum available on the following website. We are a 1-2 RTT Family Medicine program. Residents are required to travel between Madison and Baraboo for clinical experiences, and be willing to fully locate after R1 year to Baraboo within 20 minute call radius of our hospital, but the Family Medicine Resident clinic experience is in Baraboo all three years. https://www.fammed.wisc.edu/baraboo/
