• Completion of medical training from:
  • A US/Canadian LCME accredited medical school
  • A COCA accredited college of osteopathic medicine
  • An ECFMG certified international medical school
• Passing scores on USMLE Steps 1, 2, and 3 or COMLEX Levels 1, 2, and 3
• Completion of PGY-1 in good standing at an ACGME accredited pediatric residency program
