Prerequisites
Applicants must have completed an ACGME accredited four-year Diagnostic Radiology residency program to apply to the Pediatric Radiology Fellowship in Jacksonville, Florida. American Board of Radiology Alternate pathway (International Medical Graduates) will also be considered on a case-by-case basis.

In addition to the standard application materials required by Mayo Clinic School of Graduate Medical Education, this program requires three original letters of recommendation. One letter must be from your residency program director. These must be completed in the Recommendation Request section. Each recommender will receive an email with a link to upload a letter.
