Applicants must have successfully completed or be on track to complete 1 year of US residency training and must have attempted USMLE Step 3 or COMLEX Level 3 prior to 07/01/2026.

Required Application Documents:

1. Copy of most recent ERAS application
2. Updated Personal Statement/Cover Letter
3. Updated CV
4. Step/Level 3 score report or scheduled upcoming exam date
5. In-Training Exam score report
6. LOR from current/most recent Program Director
7. Two additional LORs from faculty of current/most recent program
8. Dates of training and list of rotations for which you have received credit as verified by current/most recent program
