- Continue your program research on FREIDA

- Prepare your residency application
- Plan ahead for application and Match fee's with the FREIDA Residency Calculator
September
- Apply to residency programs and register for the NRMP
- Before you submit your applications, familiarize yourself with program signaling
- Residency programs may begin reviewing MyERAS applications
October — February
- Residency interviews take place
- After each interview, take notes, rank programs and add your post-interview thoughts in your FREIDA members-only dashboard
January
- NRMP applicant standard registration deadline for Match & SOAP
February
- Create and submit your rank order list
March
- NRMP Match Week
- Familiarize yourself with SOAP, even if you think you won't need it
